green thumbs and sustainability

During the month of September and the beginning of Spring we explored sustainability with a focus on our outdoor garden. The children were being met with many creepy crawlies in our outdoor environment and became curious critters themselves, to extend on there interest in tiny creatures we starting looking at what attracts them to our space and how to build them a home in our garden. Below are some pictures of our process, with many thanks to our wonderful parents who donated seeds and Miss Tara for propagating some of her own personal vegie garden and sharing with us her passion for gardening.
